Highlights of the class include:
- Preparation of highly digestible grain and vegetable dishes for baby's first meals.

- Encouraging a love of grains, vegetables, fruits, protein sources, and other healthful foods.

- Practicing cooking techniques that maximize baby's absorption of nutrients.

Brooke is a graduate of the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts and can speak to food preparation and nutritive value of all foods from both eastern and western perspectives. Any and all questions are welcome. She loves holding dynamic discussion classes that help all to experience the joyful, transformative effects of food.
