Texas Chamomile-Peach Popsicles

Ripe Texas peaches are soft, juicy, and super sweet! They make a smoothie-like popsicle that is both rich and cooling at the same time. If you can't find Texas peaches, choose another small to medium variety, preferably one that is soft and sweet.

Cantaloupe-Lime Popsicles

Here in Texas, the August heat is scorching. These popsicles can be prepared in minutes and frozen in just a few hours for a zesty, refreshing treat.

12-16 small or 10 large popsicles

Watermelon Lime Delight

It doesn't get any more refreshing than this on a hot Texas day! The lime wonderfully sets off the sweet of the watermelon to give a perfect combination of flavors. Salute!

Cole Slaw - Macrobiotic Style

Cole slaw macrobiotic style is also known as Pressed Salad and is particularly strengthening for your digestive tract. I find it light and refreshing and works well with almost any other dishes. Great weekly addition to your menu planning. This recipe will stay fresh for a good 3 days of leftovers. Salute!
